Julian sat down wearliy on a vacant bench and began watching families and young lovers skate on the pond. "Oh Eve.." he sighed as he pulled his coat closer. The misery in his heart was eating a hole in him and he knew that he needed to do something about it. But what, that was the million dollar question.
Eve simply would not leave TC for him. Not because she didn't love him as much as she did TC, but because she was afraid for him life. TC's temper had proved to be a dangerous thing.
Julian knew in his heart that the love he and Eve shared was unlike any other. He loved her with a passion, and she loved him the same way, he was certain of that.
As Julian sat, snow began to fall softly leaving his coat speckled in white. He loved the Christmas season, but this year he didn't have much to enjoy. Rebecca constantly threatening him, forcing him to marry her. He shook his head in dismay, how could his life get any worse.
